Comments: On the 18th day of New York State Beers of Holiday Cheer, this series gave to me…Spookier Rock, a hazy double IPA from Old Klaverack Brewery & Hop Farm. This beer pours an opaque straw color in the glass. It is strongly aromatic with tropical citrus fruits. It’s light-bodied and smooth with a dry finish despite all the juicy citrus fruit flavors. I’ve had a few Old Klaverack beers before and have driven near the brewery quite a few times on day trips, but Spookier Rock is so good that it will likely haunt my thoughts until I make an official visit to the brewery!
