Comments: An ideal beer for the 4th New York State beer of Holiday Cheer, Ideal Wave is an IPA from the well-known brewery Other Half. It’s fairly light colored and hazy in the glass, and sports an aroma highlighting fresh citrus fruits. The flavor is clean and crisp with orange, lemon, and hints of papaya and lime. Perfectly reminiscent of a relaxing beach somewhere in the Pacific! Other Half is highly regarded for a reason, and Ideal Wave is just another great example as to why.
