Interboro In The Park Gose

I was familiar with Interboro Spirits & Ales through some of the collaborations they’ve done with other breweries. Unfortunately, my impression was fairly negative. They collaborated with breweries that I was excited about and loved and in every instance my least favorite of their beers was the one they’d done with Interboro. I started to think maybe they weren’t any good so I was hesitant when we decided to pick up In The Park Gose at the store. My mind has changed on Interboro now. This was a really solid beer and sells me on trying more beers produced by the brewery.

Comments: This Gose with blackberry and pineapple pours a hazy amber brown color with bubbly white head. The aroma is really strong of blackberry and pineapple – it smells like a Starburst to me. The taste has distinct blackberry and pineapple notes again, with tartness and salt cutting through some of that sweet fruit. It’s a really delicious fruited Gose, for sure!
