Comments: This pours a clear red color with a reddish white head that dissipates quickly. I was a bit fearful that it would be medicinal, but it smells like a slightly sour Cherry Pepsi. The taste actually has that Cherry Pepsi soda quality, too. It’s not that sour and leans toward sweet. It’s light-bodied and well-carbonated, with a dry finish. I’m impressed Artisanal managed to pull this off without it reminding me of childhood cough syrups. Cheers to them on quite a feat!
