I’ve been starting to try quite a few beers that have marshmallow in them, so when I saw Einstein’s Little Delight from Equilibrium on the shelf, I had to grab it. The fun Einstein face grabbed my attention, and the combination of orange citrus and the sweet, sugary marshmallow grabbed my curiosity.

Comments: This pale ale pours beautifully! It’s a hazy golden color with foamy white head that leaves good lacing on the glass. The aroma has a strong marshmallow base with orange citrus. The orange notes are stronger in the taste than the aroma, but the marshmallow is more than able to hold its own and doesn’t get overwhelmed by the citrus. The acidic orange goes well with the sweetness of the marshmallow. Einstein’s Little Delight is fairly light-bodied with lower carbonation, making for a really good treat.
