Tripping Animals Ever Haze

Here’s the second of the three beers we were able to get from Tripping Animals Brewing Co. Ever Haze is another New England IPA with awesome can art.

Comments: The brewers used Cashmere, Citra, and Amarillo hops in this IPA. It pours a hazy light gold color with plenty of foamy white head. The aroma is packed with melon, pineapple, and some dank, earthy notes. The taste is pretty complex; made up of melon, white grape, some pineapple, and sweet caramel malt to balance it out. It’s medium-bodied, low on carbonation, smooth, and without a ton of bitterness. This is a really solid and unique hazy IPA.
