Zero Gravity 40 Thieves IIPA

We visited Zero Gravity on our last trip to Burlington and really enjoyed it. Since then, I’ve tried quite a few of their canned offerings but 40 Thieves IIPA‘s can immediately caught my eye. I love the design of this and I ended up loving the beer as well!

Brewery: Zero Gravity Craft Brewery (Burlington, VT)

Rating: 88/100

Comments: Pours a hazy dark gold color with bright white head that has good retention. My can had a significant amount of floating sediment in it that eventually settled to the bottom. The aroma has orange creamsicle, peach, mango, and some herbal hop notes. The taste is juicy and sweet with tropical fruit up front before turning quite earthy with a hint of black pepper. It’s moderately carbonated with a light to medium body and slightly crisp finish. This is a really good DIPA that is not a juice bomb. A really well balanced and easy drinking beer!
