Swiftwater Is This Beer?

I’ve made an executive decision – this is beer. It’s a Gose. It’s delicious. Is This Beer, from Swiftwater in Rochester, NY, has all the best stuff about a beach cocktail. It’s light, refreshing, has lime, raspberry, it looks nice in a glass…I mean, come on.

Comments: This Gose infused with raspberry and lime pours like a pink champagne. It’s absolutely clear, light pink in color, and has very active, short lived head. The aroma is like fresh picked raspberries. The taste is strong on raspberry as well, but also has the lime citrus flavor balancing it out before it ends on a salty note. It’s moderately carbonated with the perfect bite, leaving you thirsty for more. Sometimes I find a Gose that reminds me of how good the style can be and this is one of them.
