Beer Tree Animal Style

I don’t know if you’re able to tell by the frequency of reviews for beers from Beer Tree, but we really love their stuff. Animal Style is an American IPA we recently picked up, and it proved to be another great offering in their collection.

Comments: Animal Style pours a nearly clear golden color with a bit of foamy white head that leaves great rings down the glass. This West Coast IPA is brewed with 6 different hops and boasts a melon-forward tropical aroma, backed with some pine and floral hops. The taste is full of dank hops with a touch of tropical fruits on a caramel malt foundation. It’s relatively light-bodied with some creaminess, and moderately carbonated. It’s not quite as bitter as I’d expect, but it’s incredibly well-balanced and easy to drink.
