Unfortunately, I haven’t had the base beer that this remix is based on but I also haven’t ever had a beer with marshmallow in it. Fluffuation popped into my life with all its marshmallow-y goodness to change that. I think I like lactose in my beer…

Comments: Equilibrium’s “Fluctuation” Double IPA gets a fluffy twist with the addition of marshmallows. Fluffuation pours a hazy golden color with two fingers of bright white head made up of tiny, tight bubbles. The aroma is of orange creamsicle, passion fruit, pineapple, and vanilla. The flavor is citrusy and sweet, with a clear pop of marshmallow at the end. This medium to full-bodied beer is smooth and creamy. It makes me wonder why I don’t typically like marshmallows, because this beer makes them seem pretty delicious.
