Geyser Gose is a collaboration between two breweries I typically have good luck with. Two Roads Brewing brews quite a few varieties of gose that are all pretty good, and Evil Twin (founded/owned by the twin brother of Mikkeller’s founder/brewer) pretty much always has delicious beers – regardless of how crazy some of their names/ingredients are.

Comments: Brewed with Icelandic moss, herbs, kelp, and sea salt. Clear, golden color with a good amount of foamy head that dissipated quickly. Despite being brewed with some unique items, the aroma is very much of apples. The flavor is also a bit sweet, with green apple tartness and some other fruit. The salt rounds off the flavor at the end, which reminds you that you’re drinking a gose as opposed to a cider.
